Tchibo selects the engineered Service of GF-Partners for Assortment Planning after carefully understanding the benefits it delivers. We are very proud to deliver a service that will help Tchibo to reach their goals even faster!
GF-Partners together with Tchibo will be implementing a complete new Non-Food Assortment Planning. The solution will be based on the SAP platform and will set a new benchmark for the retail industry as well as the digitalization of processes.

Development and implementation of data-models in IBM Cognos TM1 in order to support planning and reporting processes. The front-end interaction for the end-users was done in MS Excel with integrated forms and reports.
GF-Partners concentrated on the implementation of BPC at Bosch. This was a big challenge, but due to the strong expertise also in this area, GF-Partners was able to succeed here once again. This project acts as one the reference projects in the area of BPC together with SAP.
GF-Partners was evaluating the current MAP solution at Clarks. A transparent and strong review with the direct aim of implementing improvements lead to a challenging project.The long term experience was very well appreciated and respected. GF-Partners works closely together with ECCO in the area of Merchandise & Assortment Planning (MAP). In cooperation with the SAP BI Integrated Planning product management team, GF-Partners implemented a rolling forecasting planning solution for a leading food company based on SAP NetWeaver 7.X.The highly complex requirements, and the need for a very dynamic planning model, resulted in the selection of BI Integrated Planning as the planning tool of choice.The Excel user-interface and the functionalities provided by SAP software were judged to be the most appropriate combination to meet the expectations of the end-users. GF-Partners lead the design approach as well the execution. The cooperation with SAP lead to a very flexible and easy to use application for the end-users.
A long established cooperation lead to a "Trusted Advisor" role for GF-Partners at Alcan. We fulfill our role by performing reviews, conceptual approaches and optimizations of existing applications. This role needs a high trust level and strong Know-How skills, which we are able to demonstrate over and over again.
Thanks to our acknowledged experience and high know-how skills are we mostly active at Straumann for special topics like optimizations of existing applications and solutions. gf-partners implemented a weekly rolling forecast planning model for all business areas of Volvo AB.
