Tchibo selects the engineered Service of GF-Partners for Assortment Planning after carefully understanding the benefits it delivers. We are very proud to deliver a service that will help Tchibo to reach their goals even faster!
GF-Partners together with Tchibo will be implementing a complete new Non-Food Assortment Planning. The solution will be based on the SAP platform and will set a new benchmark for the retail industry as well as the digitalization of processes.
XpertNow 2.0 is ready and launched.
This application enables the user to create fast and easy IT support tickets. A fast analysis and solution through the IT-Support can be done thanks to the fact, that all technical details are automatically attached to the ticket. The application is completely integrated into market standard Support Ticket Tools. There is no need to replace the current tool. An Add-In installer is provided for a simple setup!
Furthermore does XpertNow 2.0 include the already known Notification Assistant that informs the user as well as the IT department about the status of all the relevant applications.
Additionally can the user share the application with a colleague easily.
