Development and implementation of data-models in IBM Cognos TM1 in order to support planning and reporting processes. The front-end interaction for the end-users was done in MS Excel with integrated forms and reports.

GF-Partners concentrated on the implementation of BPC at Bosch. This was a big challenge, but due to the strong expertise also in this area, GF-Partners was able to succeed here once again. This project acts as one the reference projects in the area of BPC together with SAP.

GF-Partners was evaluating the current MAP solution at Clarks. A transparent and strong review with the direct aim of implementing improvements lead to a challenging project.

The long term experience was very well appreciated and respected. The improvement proposals as well as the first implementations especially in the context of “best preactice” implementations, could completely convince Clarks.

GF-Partners works closely together with ECCO in the area of Merchandise & Assortment Planning (MAP). The first version is launchned successfully and was in use by the end-users world-wide in order to fill their stores with the respective articles. The planning application covers a wide range from budget planning to assortment planning.

The intuitive usability, the high performance and flexibility were reasons that could convince the users. This is being stressed by a joined attendance at the SAPSA Impuls conference in Stockholm with the topic “Integrated Planning”. Have a look at our Events section to get som impressions.

Gf-Partners had been engaged by Ericsson in the role of a “Trusted Advisor”. Gf-Partners has reviewed the existing implementation and not only fine tuned, but extended the current solution in order to be enhanced for user-experience, performance and functionality.

Gf-Partners looks forward to a new phase of development with Ericson and help realize their new requirements.

In cooperation with the SAP BI Integrated Planning product management team, GF-Partners implemented a rolling forecasting planning solution for a leading food company based on SAP NetWeaver 7.X.

The highly complex requirements, and the need for a very dynamic planning model, resulted in the selection of BI Integrated Planning as the planning tool of choice.

The Excel user-interface and the functionalities provided by SAP software were judged to be the most appropriate combination to meet the expectations of the end-users.
GF-Partners lead the design approach as well the execution. The cooperation with SAP lead to a very flexible and easy to use application for the end-users.

A long established cooperation lead to a “Trusted Advisor” role for GF-Partners at Alcan. We fulfill our role by performing reviews, conceptual approaches and optimizations of existing applications. This role needs a high trust level and strong Know-How skills, which we are able to demonstrate over and over again.

Thanks to our acknowledged experience and high know-how skills are we mostly active at Straumann for special topics like optimizations of existing applications and solutions. Additionally are we performing reviews and showing new concepts in order to continously provide a stable and sustainable system. Those concept approaches and advises based on our reviews are mostly also executed by us as the quick-wins are highly appreciated.
